These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of jxh.org (the "Site"), operated by JXH.org. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
About the Site
The Site provides information about JXH.org, a nonprofit organization supporting combat veterans through community gatherings, and lets you contact us. The Site is informational; it does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or crisis services.
Not a crisis service
JXH.org is a peer-community organization, not an emergency or clinical service. If you are in crisis or need immediate help, contact the Veterans Crisis Line at 988 (then press 1), text 838255, or call 911.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse it — for example, by attempting to disrupt the Site or submitting false or misleading information.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, design, and marks are owned by JXH.org or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or reuse the Site's content without permission, except as allowed by law.
Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JXH.org and its officers, directors, and volunteers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
